I've been in the BPO/CALL CENTER INDUSTRY for 7 years, I've been to different accounts from different BPO Companies both Inbound and Outbound Campaign as Customer Service Reps, and the last account I handled were International Airlines such as UNITED AIRLINES, AMERICAN EAGLE, DELTA AIRLINES and their Airline Agreements. I've been also in Telemarketing for Home and Auto Insurance, We were Outbound Campaign, What we did was, We were calling potential leads that turn out into sales, and Live Transfer as well.
