I’m a Highly Motivated Communicative person with 2-5 years of extensive Real Estate Property Management experience striving to utilize my diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit to collaboratively develop and maintain successful communities with a company that can take my career to the next level. I’ve gone through various webinars such us MLS listing, fair housing policy(West coast region), attended REI Sales Academy of John Martinez Webinar, Training of real estate essentials for Investors, well trained in building buyer, lender and seller’s list, Very familiar with marketing processes such as advertising/posting properties for investment in craigslist, Zillow, trulia, and Proficient in handling maintenance requests of the property owner to dispatch a designated vendor to cater client's concern/issues in their property. I was fortunate and got the luxury to work with great Property Management Cos in the US such as Renters Warehouse, Mynd, and Omnis Real Estate. All of the Cos in regards to my Real Estate career including the small business played a huge role to who I am as an Assistant Property Manager Education: Some college/University in Computer Sciences
