Management of functional and technical programs and projects, • Strong experience in major IS transformation projects: Total redesign of the Wafacash IS, Cetelem Morocco electronic payment overhaul, Overhaul and outsourcing of BMCI and BDSI Datacenters, BMCI Cybersecurity Program, BMCI core-banking overhaul • Perfect knowledge of Architecture, IT strategy and banking business • Organize and lead teams and allow them to excel and achieve business goals • Manage the portfolio of projects and programs of the company.
