I have achieved some incredible milestones throughout my career that have shaped my skills and expertise. These include raising $20K through a crowdfunding campaign to launch a functional beverage company, creating one of Australia's most popular parenting blogs that received over 100K visitors at its peak, and launching an online course that grossed over $20K in its first week. I have also published a book, grown a significant social media presence for my brand, and managed a team of 50+ staff at Telstra Call Centre. My digital skills are highly proficient, ranging from Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace to WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. I pride myself on being an effective problem solver, an excellent communicator, an active listener, and a critical thinker. Moreover, I possess exceptional time management, prioritization, and planning ability.
