Personal summary
I have been a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the last 2 years of my career. While recruiting I have developed a love of the field of Human Resources in general as I feel the department serves as the often unseen backbone of businesses and can be a driving force behind its long-term success. I am currently studying for my SHRM-CP that I will sit for in December of 2023 in the hopes that I can broaden my HR functions in the near future.
