Personal summary

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. After graduation, I was recruited by Torchy's Tacos in Austin, TX, where I built a successful nine-year career, culminating in the role of Managing Partner at a downtown Austin location. My tenure at Torchy's showcased my ability to creatively solve problems, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs. I streamlined production, cutting times by 40%, and implemented dynamic spreadsheets for inventory, ordering, and labor tracking, reducing errors and cutting costs by 30%. Seeking a better work-life balance and driven by a passion for technology, I transitioned into software development. I completed an intensive 12-week, full-time, full-stack software development course at devCodeCamp. This project-based course equipped me with proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, ASP.NET Core, and MySQL. I am well-versed in using Git and GitHub for version control, unit testing with VS Code, and API testing with Postman.
