Personal summary
My current professional experience has focused on nonprofit organizations, capacity building (particularly in marketing and program development), and social justice, though I have taken many amazing opportunities to develop a wide range of professional skills to bring to any table. During my time at Simpson College, I focused on research, editing/publishing, and community-based participatory research (CBPR) in order to break the mold as a student in religion and philosophy departments. I currently hold a BA in religion and philosophy, am first aid and CPR certified, certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid, and spend my free time volunteering, making and selling art, and trying to learn everything that I can to make the world and better and more interesting place.
