NYSE seeks a Head of Product & Competitive Strategy for our US Options business. This role will report to NYSE s Head of Options and will be responsible for developing and implementing key elements of the team s business strategy, including commercial incentive programs, market structure policies, prioritization of trading system enhancements, and ad-hoc projects. This role is responsible for operationalizing our strategy, developing actionable plans in tandem with the Head of Options. Near-term priorities include building on the positive momentum of NYSE Options (7 out of 8 consecutive quarters of market share growth) and taking a leadership role establishing the business priorities for our next generation trading system, NYSE Pillar. Success in this role will require collaboration with a variety of key internal groups (e.g. Legal, Technology, Finance, Regulation, and Sales) and productive engagement with our clients. Responsibilities Shaping and implementing competitive pricing programs to build and retain client participation Managing the options product roadmap, including prioritization of enhancements and developing the high-level business requirements for new features and functionality Overseeing critical day-to-day business operations including vendor management, payment for order flow administration, and finance validation, and participating in budgeting and forecasting preparations Options market structure policy development Leading ad-hoc business development projects Representation of NYSE at client and industry events Knowledge and Experience 10 +years of work experience with a focus on securities markets 5+ years of options market structure and competitive landscape knowledge Experience in electronic trading, floor trading or exchange operations is a plus A record of outstanding academic achievement, including a Bachelor s degree The ability to articulate complex issues and NYSE s stance on the same Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Proven ability to successfully interface with senior internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Intellectually curious and willing to challenge the status quo Managerial experience Ability to accommodate some travel Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
