Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Development Mgr-Supply Chain.

In this role, the successful candidate Institution-wide branded merchandise programs, products, and services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft and translate strategy into actionable plan, with established milestones, measurable objectives, and concrete deliverables
  • Transition existing branded merchandise program from a cost-reduction efficiency philosophy to a business with a revenue stream and attractive ROI
  • Drive continual improvements and inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing customer research, market/competitive analysis, and product performance
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to develop prioritized lists of strategic business needs and opportunities to expand channels, capabilities, and offerings to better serve clients
  • Coordinate end-to-end life cycle from selection through launch/ongoing management
  • Develop and optimize strategic supplier alliances, establishing C-level relationships with key suppliers
  • Define and manage pricing, discounting, and rules of engagement with key suppliers
  • Curate and source complex products; oversee product development, design, and branding
  • Develop and implement related services, delivery channels, and platforms (e.g., e-Commerce site)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities, goals, and deliverables

  • Ensure economic success by overseeing day-to-day operations, prudent business practices, and aggressive growth, expense, and cost objectives
  • Proactively anticipate challenges and effectively resolve issues through appropriate actions and communication
  • Execute against brand standards and ensure compliance by providing vendor brand training
  • Develop launch plans and implement in conjunction with other functional areas (e.g., Marketing, PR, Creative Services, Internal Communications, RED+F, and IT)
  • Establish, report, and maintain KPIs that ensure customer satisfaction and model effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in strategy and product development, and project management in matrix environment
Experience leading cross-functional teams and running innovation programs
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
Proven track record managing vendor relationships
Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written skills
Respects corporate values
