With more than 14 years of experience in research consulting by understanding human behaviour, in multi-cultural markets across Asia, Middle East & Africa in India, UAE- Qatar and Dubai, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, South Africa, and multiple industries -Telecom, FMCG, Technology and Banking, solely working for the biggest brands in each sector - Unilever, Nestle, Nokia, Blackberry, Standard Bank, HP, Airtel, Nestle, Etisalat, Qatar telecom, Safaricom and BAT to name a few. My experience combines rigorous and creative research, design thinking and a deep strategic approach to helping clients understand their customers so they can be at the cutting edge that will enable them to reach their next stage of growth. I build strong client relationships and work in close partnership with c-suite audience and their respective teams to provide them with indispensable strategic advice, weaving ‘stories’ in a compelling way that persuades clients to take action, making the complex seem simple. Having worked across both the Agency and Client side has given me truly a distinctive edge, by making me adept at project management and client management skills, giving me an opportunity to truly embrace, ‘consumer centricity’, keeping me well grounded in my approach to business, making me a truly strategic forward-thinking analyst. I have also completed Masters in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University (ranked 15th top university globally) and most recently pursued my interests in CX via professional online courses from IDEO U in Design Thinking and Designing Strategy.
