Personal summary

10 years in recruiting, 2+ in agency/contract and 7+ in corporate recruitment. I have been the sole recruiter for several growing companies filling their entry level to executive roles. Hiring as many as 450+ in one year. I enjoy guiding hiring teams on effective hiring and recruiting. I love recruiting and really enjoy sharing my expertise with others and take great pride when they see results hiring great new team members. I have seen teams become so effective and efficient in their hiring and become much more successful, I would be so excited to do the same for you. I have worked as a corporate recruiter for a growing SaaS company. I have also done contract work for various IT and software organizations across the U.S. I have found and screened talent for various roles across different departments like IT (Network Admin, Systems Admin, security), Software (developers, QA, UI/UX, ScrumMasters), Product Development and others. From this experience I know it is a challenge of identifying other businesses and qualified individuals to reach out and to speak with those in similar positions to to open up dialog to share your organization’s story and pique their interest in YOUR challenging opportunity. Recruitment is about telling a story and being relentless in following up with prospective candidates to find the best talent for the new role.
