I graduated from Pitzer College of Claremont Colleges in Claremont, California, USA where I completed my Bachelor’s of Arts majoring in Business and Economics. I am a certified member with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK and Australian Human Resource Institute. My career has spanned over 20 years mainly in the financial, conglomerate and construction (infrastructure) sectors. I have worked with one of the largest commercial banks in the country, a conglomerate, multinational financial institution, a major infrastructure organization and total asset management organization in various capacities covering the spectrum of banking activities ranging from branch banking, centralized operations (support), regional office, risk management, head human resources and admin. I am currently holding the position of Senior Vice President Group Human Capital and Admin with a major integrated engineering solutions provider organization. I am responsible but not limited to, streamlining the processes to manage the stakeholders, integration and harmonization of a newly acquired company, understanding the business strategy and aligning it to the HR strategy, the establishment of the manpower budget and staff cost, handles the Industrial Relations and Employee Relations for the division. Helps builds the culture in the organization with the objective of enhancing collaboration through leveraging the current technology. Education: College/University in Business
