Personal summary
I have worked in customer service and food service for many years and I have been looking to make a change. Since Covid and the lockdown began, I have been out of work. Having a young child at the time, getting back into work has proven difficult. Though it's been a struggle, I did not let it get me down! I've learned new skills in virtual assistant roles, as well as social media management. I am currently working toward multiple certifications on Coursera to grow my knowledge of these skills.
