Personal summary

I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and successfully passed the licensure examination on the first attempt and practiced my profession in retail or community for 3 years. Then I shifted to be a customer support representative to one of the US' largest retailers working in an office then remote for more than 3 years.  As a retail pharmacist, I have processed, filled, and reviewed prescriptions as well as counseled patients. I have also trained pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and other pharmacy personnel. I provide prompt and quality customer service support mainly via chat and email which gives me a rewarding feeling. I am skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. I am also easily trained and can adapt well to a new environment and am eager to work during  U.S business hours.
