Personal summary

I have spent the past five years leading teams from different countries in conducting research for a diverse portfolio of companies, training and on-boarding newly recruited research members; and identifying, managing, and developing strategic partnerships with key data partners across Francophone countries to ensure a steady flow of information as well as quality assurance and control on data gathered before analysis and deliveries. Through my research work across all sectors in Francophone and Anglophone African countries, I have developed the ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and/or quantitative information from a variety of sources and filter out key insights and recommendations through the writing of market insights reports for various business cases such as market penetrations, acquisition generation, and sales partnerships, among others. I also have developed a high sense of time management and working under pressure, given that my past work experiences with Asoko Insight have been remotely, and this has made me time conscious about meeting tight deadlines, developing interpersonal skills, and remotely managing and resolving team members issues before escalations.
