Personal summary

I started working at 16 for my parents helping them manage various properties and clients. That transitioned into me working as a virtual receptionist my first year away from home. Then I evolved into the role of a Legal Assistant thinking I'd venture into law school but chose to follow a more creative career. I was very business-focused throughout my university career but upon completion of my studies, I moved to NYC to attend culinary school at The Institute of Culinary Education. Here I earned a diploma in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management. I see myself as an entrepreneur because of my leadership skills and desire to own my own business. I'm extremely goal-oriented and believe in a steady pace of growth to reach your goals. Understanding that I lead by example and start all tasks with an open mind knowing there's still so much for me to learn in every field. I've done it all from being an assistant to being a prep-cook and even going door to door. Elaborating on my door to door sales experience (where I learned most of my entrepreneurial skills) I worked alone for 12 weeks 80 hours a week, developed a client base of over 50 families, managed my own appointments and deliveries, and built a rapport with an entire community. I can confidently say that I'm up for any challenge and can learn any skill quickly. Education: College/University in Business
