Personal summary

I am a highly motivated, North Carolina State University graduate. I majored in English with a concentration in Language, Writing, and Rhetoric. In my previous position, I was a student program assistant at the Shelton Leadership Center. This is a nonprofit organization focused on instilling core leadership values within students. At the center, I provided written content that was used to communicate ideas and information with the NC State Community. I have written social media posts, keynote speeches, press releases, newsletters, program outlines, and web content during my time at the center. I also assisted with other administrative tasks around the office and provided support to other divisions within the department. I have also held a position with the Office of Advancement Services at North Carolina State University. At this position, I helped build profiles around major donors of the university and make sure their information remains up to date.
