Personal summary
My past professional experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Medical Devices industries is directly applicable to the listed responsibilities, and I am eager to apply my expertise to excel and further develop within this position. I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a specialization in Packaging Engineering. I worked as a Packaging Engineer during my Co-Op at Kraft-Heinz and as an Engineer II developing primary packages for medical products at Baxter Healthcare. At both positions as a packaging engineer, I worked closely with manufacturing facilities to lead implementation and qualification of changes to manufacturing lines. Identification and mitigation of failure modes, development and management of studies, and statistical data analysis consistent with DFMEA activities and Lean Six Sigma principles were among my daily responsibilities, including through and audit-ready documentation for all actions performed. I am experienced in the development of prototypes or changes to existing manufacturing from testing through validation and implementation. My background in technical development and artistic creativity through fine arts and photography informs a creative and technically-sound approach to problem solving and root cause failure mode analysis to bring unique value to your project.
