Resumen personal

I'm a musical theater composer, film scorer, pianist, arranger, orchestrator, and producer with a Bachelor of Music degree from the the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. I was recently accepted in the 2020 Johnny Mercer Foundation Songwriters Project with selections from my full-length original musical, "Hindsight." I orchestrated, arranged and, with the help of my writing partner, wrote all 12 songs in the show; we have professional sounding demos with orchestra and the entire cast on the recordings. My film scoring experience includes scoring projects for several years, including my most recent work, "Room 48," premiering at the Slays and Scores Canes Film Festival. I have extensive music libraries and am proficient in Logic, Pro Tools, and Sibelius. I have done piano accompaniment for the South Miami Hebrew Academy's production of "Grease" in 2019, and I've performed at prestigious venues such as the Biltmore Hotel in Miami, Florida and Birdland in New York City, New York. My qualifications for teaching include piano and voice (I am classically trained regarding both skills), songwriting, ear training, and Music Theory. I believe my approach to teaching is unique because I combine proper technique with a more modern, contemporary mindset.
