I am a Navy veteran with 8 years of service. When I got out of the Navy I went to the University of Houston where I graduated with a MIS degree. I started doing IT work while I was still in college and fell in love with it. I am hardworking and driven. I have over a year of experience working as a VoIP administrator for Ringcentral and 3CX. I have experience installing network gear, Switchs, WAP's, Phones ( Yealink and SNOM) and Provisioning equipment. I have experience as a Salesforce administrator. I stated an org for a call center and built it from the ground up. Lastly, I have experience with tech support. I support many clients mostly remote. Education: College/University in Business
