My mantra as a communications advisor is be proactive, transparent and accountable. I believe these words are fundamental to the success of any organization large or small. In my tenure with the USPS I have developed a keen sense of “service.” Every American is our customer – a stakeholder – and I take the responsibility of promoting and defending the largest US federal agency very seriously.
