Personal summary
I love working with, empowering, and training leaders, on how to successfully accomplish their leadership goals/visions by productively engaging their teams. Leadership (particularly Transformational Leadership) is one of my gifts and core passions. I am a strong believer in the Maxwell leadership philosophy that "Everything rises and falls on leadership," and that "It takes teamwork to make the dream work." I offer leaders (and their teams/organizations), transformational leadership consulting services, training workshops/seminars, speaking, mastermind groups, and result-oriented coaching, aimed at aiding their personal and professional growth, through study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods. Furthermore, I am a Medical Doctor and I also teach at Windsor University School of Medicine, located in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
