I'm a senior level communicator with proven track record developing and implementing strategic communications plans for organizational change and employee engagement that drive business outcomes. Throughout my career, I have been a hands-on practitioner ready to roll-up my sleeves and do the work necessary to execute on strategies and tactics to ensure their success. My experience includes managing communications channels and projects (e.g., newsletters/publications intranets, executive communications, town hall meetings, events, etc.) and coordinating communications efforts across reporting and functional lines. Additionally, I have significant experience working with corporate leadership, including C Suite, to align employees with business direction, goals, objectives and change agendas. I am passionate about identifying meaningful communication metrics and interpreting data insights to inform ongoing plans that achieve outcomes.
