Project and Operations Manager

I empower companies and their teams by creating and/or optimizing solutions, workflows and systems that increase people’s productivity and engagement. As a group leader, I strive to identify and remove problems and issues so that others can do their job more effectively. In my recent role as Operations Officer, I undertook multifaceted responsibilities. Noteworthy achievements include leading successful projects, executing multi-million dollar deals with a AAA company, automating processes, and driving optimization. In my downtown I usually like to learn and explore knowledge related to what I do which includes obtaining certificates in data analysis, bookkeeping and IT support.
