Change, Business, & Project Mgmt

I am a Prosci, AgilePM, and Prince2 (waterfall) certified change and project management specialist. As an independent consultant, I worked on implementing and onboarding new technology systems for large government organizations and their customers. My role managed the people side of change and implementation, and I was responsible for working with the business to identify requirements/change impacts, manage user expectations, and validate business readiness for pre and post go-live activities. Additionally, I oversaw the creation of training plans, conducted user training and platform walk-throughs, and ensured that people managers in the organization were equipped to make sure the changes were properly embedded into the organization after the implementation was finished.
