Typing, talking, customer service, case management, time management

I have been in case management and working in customer service for at least 7 years. I am excellent and typing fast as needed. I have great time management skills, and always get tasks done on time as needed. I work as a great team player, and I love to learn. Also, I do very well at learning quick and striving for beating personal goals.
