The skill that makes me stand out is I naturally connect with people because I speak from my heart and believe in the products I represent. Also, I am able to convey a message to others which enables me to be a great speaker, presenter and trainer throughout the years, and I quickly acclimate my skill-set to the company’s culture. I increase retention, customer satisfaction and develop new business. I train companies how to utilize new technology and products and show them how it’s advantageous for their business and demonstrate why my company’s products and services are the right choice in comparison to the competition’s. I’ve created training manuals and helped in creating new systems and departments.
